Pinto Brasil is involved in the Transform Tires 2 Value project - TT2V, which aims to demonstrate and validate the industrial applicability of new raw materials, based on the recycling of end-of-life tires and the processing of thermoplastic polymeric materials. During the course of the project there was concern for the environmental, technical and socio-economic impact in the development of products, which can be applied in areas such as industry, security, construction, environment, sports and agriculture / gardening.

Genan, Plastimago, Inapal Plásticos, Sotkon and the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria are also taking part of this project in the field of sustainability and in the promotion of a circular economy. Already at the conclusion phase, occurred last June 30th, an online clarification session promoted by those involved, in order to demonstrate the results obtained.
